What are the access hours?
Access your storage unit from 5am to 10pm, 7 days a week
Do you sell boxes and supplies?
We do sell boxes and other storage supplies such as tape, bubble wrap, and locks.
When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.
How much notice need to be given before I move out?
All contracts are month to month. However, we do require 10 days notice before you move out.
Do I need someone from the office to let me pass through the security gates?
No, at the time of renting you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you to access your unit during normal access hours.
Are there any items that I am not able to store?
Any hazardous or toxic materials, flammable or combustible items, explosives, anything living and perishable. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
What security features do you offer?
Our facility is fully fenced and gated with keypad entry.
Do you offer parking?
Yes, we have plenty of spacious indoor and outdoor parking for RVs, cars, boats, and other vehicles.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, discover, Cash and money orders.
